If there will be any changes to our ability to complete your requested delivery, you will be notified within 10 minutes of your called in request and notified of the change. If you are unhappy with our service, please give us a call and if we did not meet your standards on a particular delivery we would like to discuss lowering or eliminating the charges for that delivery. We are not happy until you are.
• Image: Image is of great importance to us here at Priority Express. Our drivers are uniformed with picture I.D.'s and our vehicles are logoed. If you are ever unimpressed with our image, please give us a call and we will address the issue immediately. Thank you.
• Billing: We will bill on the 15th & last day of each month. Invoices are Net 15. Interest will be charged at 1.50% monthly after 15 days.

• Delivery times may be subject to change due to weather conditions, road conditions, road blocks due to outstanding circumstances (Ex: Presidential visits), etc.
• Boxes/Package Weight: We request that each package is less than 75 pounds. (If this is not the case, please notify us when calling in the delivery. Thank you.)

Direct

• Immediate Delivery. Point to Point. Delivery will be given to a driver who will pickup and deliver package directly.

• Called in by 9:00 A.M. will be made the same day by 5:00 P.M.

Extra Charges

• Weight: First 35 pounds: No Additional Charge, then $.05 per pound.
• Waiting Time: First five minutes: No Additional Charge, then $.50 per minute.
• Handling Time: First five minutes: No Additional Charge, then $.50 per minute.
• $30.00/hour for 2nd driver {Minimum of $60.00}.
• Unable to Deliver: If we attempt to deliver and are unsuccessful, we will have a charge of $10.00, unless authorized to leave without a signature.
• Incorrect Address: $10.00 Flat charge.
• Packages not ready/available and you do not wish our driver to wait: $10.00 Flat Charge.

Straight Truck and Tractor Trailer (Metro Only)

There are two services provided for straight truck deliveries and those services will be a "Rush" service and a "Standard" service. A "Rush" service is first available truck for immediate delivery and the "Standard" service is pickup and delivery within three hours.

• Rush:1st skid: $40.00, 2nd skid or more $12.00 - Up to $105.00.
• Standard: 1st skid: $30.00, 2nd skid or more $12.00 - Up to $80.00.
• Tractor Trailer: minimum of $130.00 per load.

• Straight Trucks: $2.17 per loaded mile. ($105.00 Minimum)
• Tractor Trailer: $3.07 per loaded mile. ($210.00) Minimum)

Extra Charges

• Handling Time: First five minutes - No Additional Charge, then $0.50 per minute.
• $35.00 for liftgate delivery.
• $30.00/hour for 2nd driver {Minimum of $60.00}
• $35.00 for pallet jack.
• Unable to Deliver: If we attempt to deliver and are unsuccessful, we will have a charge of $20.00, unless authorized to leave without a signature.
• Incorrect Address: $20.00 Flat Charge.
• Deliveries not ready/available and you do not wish our driver to wait: $20.00 Flat charge.

Special Service Rates and Extra Charges

• Times: All above rates apply to Monday - Friday, 7:00 A.M - 5:00 P.M. ; 5:01 P.M. - 6:59 A.M. is X2 base rate.
• Days: Sat/Sun, National Holidays are X2 base rate.
• Liability: First $100 of declared value: No Additional Charge, then $.50 per $100 of excess value declared.
